FIRST CALL FOR PAPERS

INTRODUCTION
The conference provides a forum where engineers and scientists from academia and industry can meet to share ideas and findings of latest research work in virtual prototyping, systems simulation and design optimization.
CONFERENCE THEMES
Prospective authors are invited to submit abstracts on topics related to, but not limited to, the following topics. Please click here for the full list of conference themes.
CALL FOR PAPERS
Prospective authors should submit a 400-word Abstract to the conference organizers by e-mail (ICMOSPS@ukzn.ac.za). The Abstract should clearly state the objectives, results and conclusions of the work undertaken and emphasize the novel aspects of the work. It should contain the mailing address, fax number and e-mail of the corresponding author. All abstracts will be reviewed by an international technical committee.

ICCST/6, INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COMPOSITE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Simultaneously with ICMOSPS '07, International Conference on Composite Science and Technology (ICCST/6) will be held at the same time and venue. Delegates can attend and submit papers to both conferences with one registration.
CONFERENCE VENUE
The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn, Elangeni which is a beach front hotel located on the Golden Mile of Durban. This hotel and nearby hotels will be available for the accommodation of delegates.
CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
Papers presented at the conference will be published in the CD-ROM conference proceedings which will be available at the Conference. For this purpose a paper of maximum 15 pages should be submitted to the organizers.
KEYNOTE LECTURES
A number of leading researchers in the field of simulation, modeling and optimization will be invited to deliver keynote lectures.
EXCURSIONS
Excursions to nearby Game and Nature Reserves and Kruger Park can be organized through travel agents. An official agent will be assigned for the conference.
